The Mood Food Culinary Mobile Academy is a hands-on learning experience for students. An enriching supplement to the Ontario Health and Physical Education Curriculum, students gain a better understanding of how nutritious food directly impacts their mental and physical wellbeing.

Mood Food Culinary goes beyond teaching “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Students learn about the link between food and mood, food’s powerful ability to heal, and how eating the right foods can enhance mental and physical wellness. Always fun and informative, never intimidating, this is a fantastic way to connect growing minds to practical insight that will serve them well into adulthood.
